Alright, So Im about to be buying my first house and planning on getting my Z up before hand so im about to order an engine, Just a stock engine. But On another not I was wondering the odds as to how true what im about to explain is. I ran into a guy with a z on another forum and he stated the following. I have had both, a Z31 T and a TT Z32. I really liked the Z31, but if you want to make big power easier then the Z32 is the way to go. But its alot more expensive also. My Z32 did 390 Whp and 415 Wtq on 15psi and pump gas. I really miss that thing. lol. I asked what mods and his reply was this.
FMIC, ash-ecu, 3in HKS Hi-Power Exhaust, Z1 Downpipes, Greddy E-Manage, Underdrive pulley, and I was on stock turbos. Andrei from Abel was the one who tuned it. I was actually in the running for the highest HP on stock turbo's . The Knock Sensor was messed up. If it wasnt, then I probably would have beat the record. I believe the record is like 432whp on 93. I was on 91.
My question is, with only these mods is it really likely they made this much power over what the usual ash ecu, or jwt ecu would make with these mods, And the shop has a dynojet dyno and a dyno sheet was posted? They said they made 20-30 more whp over just having the ash ecu. And they are positive and the shop is vouching for everything? Just seems kinda odd and figured I would ask here.
